* Rates subject to change due to distance and/or level of complexity for each job.

* CLIENTS WITH CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE LESS THAN 24 HRS WILL BE CHARGED $80

* Late fees are applied after 30 days of non payment from the date invoice was sent. Rate is 5% per week of total invoice cost.

General/Personal Concierge-

Includes home organizing, residential cleanings, party planning. There is a minimum 2 hr service charge on all services with the exception of deep cleaning, which is 4 hrs and organizing* which is 3-5 hr minimum service charge.

Monday - Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)

Organizing : $55/hr - $75/hr

Deep cleaning : $55/hr - $75/hr - homes with pets will incur an extra $5/hr charge

Everything else** : $50/hr - $60/hr - CLEANING - homes with pets will incur an extra $5/hr charge

SATURDAY(8:00am - 6:00pm)

Organizing : $60/hr - $80/hr

Deep cleaning : $60/hr - $75/hr

Everything else** : $55/hr - $65/hr - CLEANING - homes with pets will incur an extra $5/hr charge

SUNDAY

Hours must be negotiated and will be charged at a rate of $20/hr above biz hour charges

***ALL PUBLIC HOLIDAYS are to be negotiated and subject to an extra charge of $20/hr excluding Christmas Day starting at $100/hr***

Corporate Concierge

Includes realtor staging, personal admin/assistant work, etc. There is a minimum 2 hr service charge on all services with the exception of organizing. Organizing is a 3 hr minimum service charge.Monday - Friday normal business hours (8:00am - 5:00pm)

$60-$80/hr

Saturday - 8am  - 12 noon 

$65-$85/hr

Sunday

Hours must be negotiated and will be charged at a rate of $20/hr above biz hour charges

Corporate Monthly package rates are available—email for quote.

1 TO 2 DOGS

1-2 visits: $55 / day

3 visits: $75 / day

3 OR MORE DOGS

1-2 visits: $65 / day

3 visits: $85 /day

CATS - $50.00 per visit

Overnight sitting is $65/per night with 1 visit during the day (30 minutes) included in the price based on 1-2 dogs.  Extra visits add $40 PER VISIT.  3 dogs or more will have to be negotiated.

If your pets stay with one of our sitters, rates are $60/day.  Please bring all food, treats, toys, bedding etc on the day of arrival. You can request a no obligation consultation.
